Monk Kaisen lives in France, but for many years he has been travelling and teaching in the East Europe. Under his guidance his disciples lead practices in France, Poland, Tcheque Republic, Slovaquia, Ukraine and Russia .
Our practice is based on seeting meditation- zazen, which is the essence of the spiritual path. This path doesn’t aim to achieve a knowledge or to adapt a special kind of behaviour, but to experience and realize our true nature through the body and the mind. Regular meditations are held in each of our centers and longer retreats take place in two monasteries- Ho Sho Ji in France and Ko Myo Ji in Poland.
